Overview
To supervise and lead the Automation team within the Digital Automation Centre (DAC), reporting to the Senior Manager DAC and ensuring automation developers deliver reliable, scalable, and business‑aligned solutions. The role provides day‑to‑day technical guidance, delivery coordination, quality assurance, and coaching for the team, while working closely with the Project Team and automation design specialists to translate business needs into effective automation outcomes. It drives agile ways of working, continuous improvement, documentation discipline, stakeholder communication, and adoption of best practices to strengthen automation capability and operational excellence across the organization.
