Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, making eye contact and ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness and satisfaction.
• Prepare food and beverages to company standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive‑thru, and kitchen areas.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.
• Follow proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.
• Work efficiently to maintain speed of service, especially during busy periods.
• Be adaptable and work across various stations (e.g., Batter/Fry Sides Station, Prep Station, Packager Station, Front Counter, Lobby Area, Drive‑Thru).
• Ensure all products meet company standards and comply with health, safety, fire, security, and hygiene regulations.
