We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member, Assembly to join our team. This role is responsible for the assembly of floors, walls, windows, doors, and other manually built components, as well as the operation of machinery and tools used in the fabrication and framing of homes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has experience operating machinery, and is passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
