Team Manager/VP in Private Banking in a Major UAE-Based Bank

Job Summary: The Team Manager/VP in Private Banking is responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of Private Bankers (Relationship Managers) to achieve ambitious business targets/KPIs, deliver exceptional client service and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the bank and in the United Arab Emirates. This permanent role requires a strong understanding of wealth management products and services, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in client acquisition and retention within the private segment of clients including high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals.
