Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed revenue for school qualifications, including personal.
- Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit-for-purpose and support growth.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearson’s brand.
