Team Manager - Order Fulfilment, Global Inhouse

Directs and coordinates the processing of sales order. Manage a team in one of the customer administration functions. In each of these functions, this role will be responsible for managing staff, providing leadership and expertise to their team, meeting targets for compliance and service levels, and achieving relevant role-based performance objectives such as cash collection targets or order life-cycle management.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles Global Inhouse team responsible for managing access for multiple LSEG products for internal users across Data & Analytics and other SBUs that require access to the products.
• Contributes to process and work improvements viz BPI, collaborative teams, and standard methodology sharing.
• Operational management, remove waste and non-value add tasks, create capacity – Use FMEA, Value Stream, Deep Dives, etc.
• Connect with compliance team for reduction of system issues raised for CTT.
