About the role Our established branding company is searching for a competent and experienced Workforce Manager to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the payroll volume, trend, schedule, monitor TAT & SLA. A workforce manager oversees productivity & utilization in an organization. His/her duties are to assess, analyse, and report on employee productivity and utilization at the individual, teams and departmental levels. Consistency and transparency are key when it comes to managing employee time, attendance, scheduling shifts/cabs and leaves.
