The role

You will lead an in-house shared services team providing operational support for insurance and risk management processes to internal stakeholders and business units globally. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring process efficiency, compliance and service‑level adherence within a centralized shared services environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on people manager with insurance or risk management industry experience, capable of working shifting schedules.
