Team Manager - Early Help

Our client Liverpool City Council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Early Help team.

Job Description

The Team Manager is an essential part of the family help service, responsible for direct line management of consultant social workers, social workers and outreach family support workers. The Manager is responsible for the quality of practice of their teams, supporting consultant social workers with line management duties, and ensuring consistent supervision arrangements to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. In addition, the Team Manager oversees management of performance, attendance, and all health and safety needs of the staff within their hierarchy. The Manager will be required to fully register with Remedy for all locum positions and will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
