Job Title: Team Leader – Recruitment (External Agency)

Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic, performance-driven Team Leader to lead a pod of recruitment consultants within our fast‑paced external agency. This role blends hands‑on billing with leadership — you’ll be responsible for delivering results through your own desk while coaching, developing, and driving performance within your team.
You must be a credible recruiter who leads by example and understands the pace, discipline, and commercial focus required in agency recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of consultants (perm and/or contracting).
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, daily check‑ins, and provide real‑time support.
- Drive performance through KPIs, activity metrics, and accountability.
