The Role:

Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting recruitment administrators to ensure they are meeting relevant targets/SLAs, including acting as a point of escalation for challenges raised during the process.
- Providing oversight of administration service managed by the team as guardians of quality and experience.
- Mentoring administrators to deliver administration services and drive strong internal and external partnerships.
- Responsibility for induction, objective setting, performance management, development, and succession planning for the team.
- Maintaining regular communication with team members, including conducting regular 1:1s and virtual team collaboration sessions.
