Team Leader & Project Manager, Treasury Services

Role purpose  The Team Leader & Project Manager, Treasury Services is responsible for the planning and control of the workloads and resources for the team on a daily basis to ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet all deadlines and performance standards. The role will continually review the team structure to:

Deliver seamless payment projects, replacement payments, bank reconciliations, and lodgement of unclaimed monies with the relevant government agencies within the required timeframes without error

Reduce key person dependencies and maintain staff morale during peak periods

Work on individual development of all staff to provide career progression

The individual will have responsibility to manage staff reporting through to the Manager, Treasury Services including performance management, training programs, annual reviews, analysis of skills gaps and effective leadership through coaching and support. As a Team Leader & Project Manager you w...
