The position covers the leader of the team for Product Engineering in Audio, Video Communication products. The TL will be covering the following activities:
- Serve as technical mentor the team, hire and onboard new joiners for the Mechanical and Hardware teams.
- Conduct workshops with team and Lead design proposals for new business opportunities outlining BOSCH design solutions to customer requirements.
- Develop required infrastructure / lab for the team to perform the project delivery
- Track and Report KPI
