Team Leader Mechanical Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the mechanical systems team for the trainer aircraft
• Organise and manage all the projects within the team to ensure they meet the customer requirements, on time and on budget
• Work with, and manage a large number of mechanical vendors to ensure timely delivery and appropriate solutions to emerging issues
• Lead the development of new mechanical systems for our products as defined in the budget, and addressing emerging obsolescence issues
• Work with business unit and suppliers to identify future opportunities for the trainer aircraft in support of the roadmap to keep them ahead of our competitors
