Your responsibilities will include managing priorities, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions, and maintaining quality standards. You will provide coaching and solutions, while leading initiatives for continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and prioritize configuration activities
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for performance improvements

Requirements:
• DEC or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
