Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Contract Duration: 9 months

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (BPO, RPO, or shared services preferred)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of performance metrics and team management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor daily performance and ensure team meets KPIs and service level targets
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance evaluations
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex customer concerns
