We’re looking for a capable and proactive Day Leader to lead our Day Shift operations in the Bar line areas. Reporting to the Line Manager, you’ll oversee a team of machine operators and coordinate resources to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality production outcomes.
- Lead and support Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a “Safer Place Because of Me” culture.
- Deliver the production plan efficiently while maintaining high product quality and hygiene standards.
- Coach and develop team members, supporting performance, growth, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and practices.
- Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and People & Culture teams to ensure timely resource coordination.
- Maintain compliance with audit and collective agreement requirements.
