Ayvens Mexico is looking for a Team Leader Appointments role with knowledge in call center metrics, attention to suppliers and verifiable experience in customer service. This position will be based in Mexico City.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Follow up and administrative control of staff in charge
- Monitoring and compliance of indicators
- Responsible for operational reports
- Ensuring day by day activities of app Team
- Support and back up of Team Leader Call Center
- Creation of proposals for strategies for continuous improvement
