About the Role
BrightStar Respite is seeking an experienced, compassionate Team Lead for Cheyenne Lodge, a residential program supporting up to four girls (ages 13–18) with complex mental health and addiction needs. You will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team of staff, and ensure trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Child and Family Services (CFS) and Delegated First Nations Agencies (DFNA), facilitate Circle of Care meetings, and partner with our HR team on staffing and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day lodge operations, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Supervise, schedule, and support a team of full‑time, part‑time, and casual staff.
