Team Lead – Senior Cost Controller
You will strengthen project controls practices and ensure robust cost monitoring and performance management. You will oversee cost control across multiple mandates while leading a team of professionals, directly contributing to impactful projects for our clients and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
As a Cost Controller:
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial health of projects
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to support decision‑making
- Ensure rigorous tracking of project performance in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage changes and their financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle
