Job Title: Record to Report - Team Lead
Location: BGC, Taguig
Our Record to Report department is seeking a Team Lead to join our team in BGC, Taguig. In this position you will be accountable for the delivery of the in-scope processes in line with the Service Partnership Framework, for the assigned specialism(s) – Cash & Bank, Payroll Accounting, Month-End Close and Reconciliations.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure delivery of in-scope services within the Service Partnership Framework, recognizing the importance of financial integrity, reporting accuracy and Group Deadlines within Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Order To Cash, Purchase To Pay, and Market finance functions to ensure completeness and integrity of reported results.
