Reporting to the S&OP Manager, the Team lead – Production planning ORV is responsible for ensuring optimal alignment between production plans, manufacturing capacities, market demand and organizational financial objectives. In this role, the Team leader plays a key function in the S&OP process by ensuring the consistency and robustness of the plans. He/She also oversees optimization and maintenance of global inventory levels. The Team leader actively contributes to long‑term capacity planning (LTCP) and acts as a strategic partner to various functions. At the same time, he/she leads and develops the ORV production planning analysts team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
