- Set technical direction, priorities, and operating standards for DataOps.
- Foster a culture of reliability, automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and career development within the team.
Data Platform & Operations
- Own the operational health, performance, and availability of CloudPay’s data platforms.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management for data pipelines.
- Ensure SLAs, SLOs, and data freshness commitments are met.
- Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and operational risk.
