Educational Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of any bachelor’s degree
Relevant Experience
- With 1 year BPO experience
- Good spoken & written English communications skill
- Computer proficient and can navigate the computer with minimum-to-zero supervision
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, can be Undergraduate or finished Senior High School with at least 5 years of working in BPO/Call Center - customer service/sales/travel-airline is required.
- 2-3 years’ experience as Supervisor/Team Lead Role in a BPO setup is a must with coaching, training, and motivating employees as required. Strong leadership and people skills, as well as performance management know-how to consistently meet KPIs and tasks.
