Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and oversight of program operations, partner engagement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervises assigned staff and fosters a high‑performance, inclusive, and safe work environment.
- Builds collaborative relationships with health system partners, manages daily operations and program risks, supports recruitment and retention efforts at the provincial level.
- Contributes to overall program effectiveness through strategic planning, project leadership, and service excellence.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key internal and external partners including the Ministry of Health, health authority representatives, regulatory bodies, educational institutions, and community representatives.
