Team Lead - Maintenance & Projects

JOB CONTENT

Responsible for all maintenance and technical projects. The incumbent will schedule plan forecast resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Work closely with line manager and stakeholders to reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns improve production facilities and develop plan to improve overall reliability and safety of plant and production processes.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Projects:

In consultation with the Line Manager and project stakeholders prepare schedule coordinate and monitor the assigned maintenance projects.

Mobilise manpower and resources to complete the project deliverables on time.
