Team Lead II

This role calls for an individual who is driven by Purpose and who wants to be a trailblazer in leading Purpose driven projects.

Position Purpose:

Working closely with other Team Leads, coordinate Service Line teammates and maintain the technical capability and production requirements of the discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Alongside the Engineering Managers, forecast workload for staffing targets and coordinate workload among teammates.
• Motivate, train and mentor, and discipline direct reports according to company policies and guidelines.
• Provide technical oversight on single and multi-discipline projects as well as technical expertise and design on projects.
• Develop teammate Career Paths and provide performance appraisals, with input from the Engineering Manager.
