**We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Engineering Department!**
DOF's Engineering department consists of personnel onshore and offshore within various roles and disciplines. We are currently looking for a Team Lead who will be dedicated to support the department on the people side!
The Team Lead will work closely together with the Department Manager supporting the personnel's entire life cycle from recruitment and onboarding, to training, development and workforce planning. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering talents.
Some of your main responsibility in this role includes:
- **Training & Development.**Drive career development initiatives, succession planning, and conduct annual appraisals to support continuous growth and performance.
- **Workforce Planning.**Ensure effective staffing across onshore and offshore teams by aligning personnel planning with operational needs.
