Team Lead, Electrical Engineering
Irving Shipbuilding is building some of Canada's most advanced naval vessels. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Electrical Engineering to play a key leadership role on the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and River Class Destroyer (RCD) Programs.
The role involves leading and influencing the design and delivery of complex electrical systems that support Canada's naval fleet, while mentoring a team of engineers and working with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers and embedded contractors.
- Coordinate team activities to support project milestones and program timelines.
