The Team Lead – Mexico Settlement Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team while fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. The Team Lead partners closely with the U.S.-based leadership and acts as a bridge between management and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with US Leadership facilitate weekly meetings with team members and U.S. leaders.
- Identify, address, or elevate operational blockers impacting team performance.
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Reinforce operational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
