Team Lead - Closing Disclosure (Walkin from Monday to Friday 11.00 am to 5.00 pm)
Responsibilities/Expertise:
Demonstrate strong domain expertise in mortgage closing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines.
Lead and oversee the review of closing documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare and validate Closing Disclosures (CDs), including loan terms, interest rates, closing costs, and payment details, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate effectively with escrow/title companies to reconcile fees, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate Closing Disclosure updates.
Review and approve complete CD packages, including all required compliance and closing documentation, prior to submission and borrower delivery.
Ensure timely distribution of Homeowner Review (HWR) packages to borrowers, monitor acknowledgments and sign...
