As the SE – Team Lead, you will be responsible for outcomes of delivery/engineering for the team. You are a leader, comfortable with managing software development and delivery, continually reviewing and improving the engineering practice for ongoing optimisation in critical areas such as quality, security and scalability while ensuring that modern Agile practices are embedded into the fabric of the operations, to support our people and our customers. You are responsible for the leadership, onboarding and guidance and mentoring of the team.
You will partner closely with your Delivery/Engineering Manager to ensure delivery of world-class software and services to our customers, while understanding the engineering drivers that impact profitability.
