APAC IT Corporate Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Act as the escalation & mentor path for direct IT team and end users to be comfortable carrying out in depth 2nd Line investigations and support.
- Take ownership of the build process of our laptop configuration for your region
- Management of hardware standards of IT Devices and peripherals.
- Participate with small project activities as directed by IT Operations Manager
- Act as a SCRUM master to manage the team’s workflow with Agile work approach.
- Place importance to IT security
- Operate and maintain business as usual IT systems
- Ensure the team's efficiencies, objectives, and business SLAs are met.
- Maintain the asset management system to ensure we have 100% accuracy
- Line management and development of the APAC IT Corporate Team to include training, upskilling and knowledge gaps.
