Being a Team Lead in Commercial Banking for the Agriculture Group at National Bank means coaching and supporting a team of Commercial Account Managers while managing a senior portfolio of commercial clients. You play a key role in promoting the Bank’s solutions through various distribution channels and in driving sustainable business growth in your market. Your leadership, field presence, business development expertise, and collaborative approach will allow your team and your portfolio to perform at their best.

This position reports to the Associate Vice-President, Commercial Banking – Agriculture, and is based in London, Ontario.

Your role

• Lead, coach and mobilize a team of Account Managers by creating an engaging work environment focused on achieving business objectives
