Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, Bilanzbuchhalter), combined with a comprehensive grasp of IFRS and/or HGB in an international context
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional accounting and closing experience, ideally within a large scale-up environment
- Proven project management experience with a specific focus on ERP implementation or optimization, paired with an open, clear communication style and a highly structured approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrable leadership experience with a foundation in empathetic management and mentoring to foster continuous personal and professional growth in a diverse environment
- Advanced Excel skills combined with a highly structured, organized, and independent way of working
- Fluency in English, with Spanish and/or German skills as a plus
