Responsible to build strong relationship and strengthen tie‑up with managed channel.
Able to pin‑point business opportunities and translate them into workable strategies with the end view of growing the home loan business.
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities such as but not limited to:
- Planning and strategizing
- People management (a coach and mentor)
- Decision making
- Troubleshooting / problem solving
- Able to execute and deliver the mandated target.
- Collaborates with support units in the attainment of targets and goals.
- Able to rally team members to push and work for higher production.
Represents the Bank in real estate sales and marketing activities necessary to establish good rapport /relationship among developers, branches, brokers and sales agents.
