Responsibilities
- Provides first line of intervention direction on operational and administrative concerns to the team.
- Ensure to discipline his team to the compliance to company policies.
- Provides reports and other requirements as required by the Area Manager and Executives.
- Manages all records and database for reference, research, and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 years course.
- At least 2 years experience in related field.
- Excellent in quantitative and analytical skills.
- Possesses excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledgeable in business and management principles.
