About the role
Team Captains play a key role in coordinating the daily routines of Operators within the line structure. Youll spend around 20% of your time supporting the shift and the rest working as a Team Member or Equipment Owner. Youll be the go-to person on shift someone who brings positivity, encourages others and helps the team stay on track. This is a development opportunity, not a vacancy, and may be your first experience leading a shift.
