Purpose

The teaching practice administrator will provide logistical and administrative support for the teaching practice department in the higher certificate in pre‑school education, B.Ed foundation phase teaching and B.Ed intermediate phase teaching programmes, as specified by the head of teaching practice unit, academic manager, and TP managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track documentation for teaching practice for 500 students per semester (placement forms, assessment forms, student records).
• Coordinate logistics for school placements and ensure timely communication with students, schools, and assessors.
