Teaching Assistant
Work setup: Onsite | Night shift
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
This role ensures that Zoom sessions with participants run smoothly, supporting Coaches by managing attendance, tracking points, recording notes, sharing assets, observing behaviors, and logging any concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
- Record attendance and track points earned by children during sessions.
- Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions.
- Share session assets, including slides, games, music, and other activities, with children.
- Create rosters, record skipped sessions, and handle rescheduling and other tasks delegated by the client.
- Observe the behaviour of both Coaches and children during sessions and report any red flags.
