Title of Course PSYC 3P22, Social Cognition Compensation Teaching Assistant, Course Coordinator and Lab Demonstrator positions are paid according to the qualifications that the employee holds.

Compensation
- Employees who do not hold a 4‑year honours degree or a 3‑year pass degree: $23.30 per hour (effective September1,2026).
- Employees who hold a 4‑year honours degree or a 3‑year pass degree: $36.67 per hour (effective September1,2026).
- Additional duties required as part of a Teaching Assistant’s duties shall be compensated at the appropriate Teaching Assistant rate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 60 hours/half credit course appointment. Nominal workload 120 or 180 hours per half credit course appointment.
- Lead either 2 seminars (120 hour appointment) or 3 seminars (180 hour appointment).
- Attend lectures, TA meetings as scheduled.
