Teaching Assistants (x2) - Full Time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire (NN15 postcode area)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
- Build positive relationships that help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Work alongside experienced teaching and support staff.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Make a genuine impact on children's lives every day.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential).
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to support children with a range of additional needs.
