Responsibilities
- Supporting students during lessons across a range of subjects
- Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions
- Assisting pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs
- Helping students remain engaged and focused in lessons
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Encouraging positive learning and student confidence
Ideal Teaching Assistant
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, Behaviour Mentor or Tutor is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
