About the Role
We are seeking passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in Kingston- based Primary and Secondary schools. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD /PMLD
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs
- Support sensory-based learning and therapeutic activities
- Promote independence and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including SENCOs, speech therapists, and physiotherapists
- Ensure safeguarding and uphold school policies
