- Assist lead instructors in preparing and delivering lessons, including setting up materials and supporting classroom activities.
- Provide individualized and group support to students, helping them with assignments, projects, and understanding course content.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all students are engaged and actively participating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to students.
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
