Barcelona Montessori School is seeking an experienced, inspiring Elementary Guide to lead our 6–12 environment. We're an internationally-minded school where authentic Montessori practice meets a rich multi-curriculum approach, helping children become independent thinkers who act with purpose.

You'll prepare and sustain a beautiful, ordered learning environment; deliver the Great Lessons and the full cosmic education curriculum; observe each child closely and follow their development; and support the research, collaboration and going-out work that carries learning beyond the classroom.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds an AMI (or equivalent) Montessori Elementary 6–12 diploma.
• Has classroom experience at the elementary level.
• Believes deeply in the child's capacity for self-construction.
• Communicates warmly with children, families and colleagues (English essential; Spanish and/or Catalan an advantage).
