Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages, including hot, iced, and specialty drinks.
- Educate customers on different tea flavors, brewing methods, and pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar and equipment.
- Handle customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
- Ensure proper tea brewing techniques and ingredient quality.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service (preferred).
- Passion for tea and knowledge of different tea types and brewing methods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
