The Analyst, T&E supports DePuy Synthes by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of travel and expense activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting employee experience, and enabling business operations through effective expense management, reporting, and continuous improvement of T&E processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate T&E policies, tax rules, and internal control standards.
- Investigate and resolve expense discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system exceptions in a timely manner.
- Support month‑end and period‑end close activities related to travel and expense accounting.
