Join our Team About this opportunity The T&E Analyst Junior role is responsible for day-to-day management and control of employee travel and expense activities. This includes reviewing and approving requests and expense reports, performing PEP checks on third parties, administering the corporate card and travel programs, and providing high-quality support to employees.
Responsibilities- Perform PEP checks of third parties in Dow Jones as part of the pre‑approval process and elevate any red flags as required.
- Manage clearance of expense reports in the Oversight tool, resolving exceptions and following up with employees and approvers when additional information or corrections are required.
- Identify recurring non‑compliant behaviors or trends and propose process or policy improvements to reduce exceptions over time.
