Join our TeamAbout this opportunityThe T&E Analyst Junior role, is responsible for day-to-day management and control of employee travel and expense activities.This includes reviewing and approving requests and expense reports, performing PEP checks on third parties, administering the corporate card and travel programs, and providing high-quality support to employees.What will you do:Employee Support & Stakeholder CommunicationPerform PEP checks of third parties in Dow Jones as part of the pre approval process and escalate any red flags in line with compliance procedures.Manage clearance of expense reports in the Oversight tool, resolving exceptions and following up with employees and approvers when additional information or corrections are required.Identify recurring non compliant behaviors or trends and propose process or policy improvements to reduce exceptions over time.Support processing of payments related to T&E activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulator...
